In a world that moves at a rapid pace, glorifies busyness and is constantly asking us to do more, yin yoga is a practice that teaches us to slow down, reconnects us to our bodies and helps us foster resilience to hold the complexities of our human experiences. Dive deeper into the practice, deeper into yourself, and learn how to share yin yoga in this 125-hour training with Maura Manzo.
Or simply pick and choose which modules you’d like to immerse in for your own studies.
This training, for yoga teachers and serious students alike, will ground you in the fundamentals of the practice, yoga philosophy, and subtle anatomy. Learn pranayama and meditation techniques, what differentiates yin yoga from other styles of practice, and embark upon a specialized and custom path to teaching, should you wish.
This is the most comprehensive yin training in the area.
Each weekend includes at least one full yin yoga class, lecture and dialogue, as well as exploring different breathing and energetic practices, plus a full month of online classes for deeper integrations. Attendance at all modules is required for certification if you desire to be certified to teach. Modules are a mix of in-person weekends and online classes. Payment plans are available.
